I am working on an S-Corp Kentucky return. The diagnostic says "Form 720S page 2 officer information is incomplete. Please review your input" however, I completely filled out the officer information and the 2nd page of the 720S is completely populated. Does anyone know how to get rid of this diagnostic?

It is a critical e-file diagnostic

contact support. Easiest way is to highlight the client and use Ctrl + L to send it to them with explanation of the error and your attempts to cure it.
