I sent my client an e-organizer and they were able to get into the program for a time but now they are getting this message when they try to reopen it. What should we do?

@TaxGarcia94 Are you able to check to see when this was sent? I would like to determine the life of the file on the client's side in case there is a time-out function involved.
In the meantime, we're researching further.
As a workaround @IRonMaN 's suggestion to resend may allow them to continue providing their tax details.
I suggested to the client that they delete all e-Organizer related files sent to them so far. Then I resent the e-Organizer. That seems to have worked. Thanks.
