We can delete them and then access Lacerte fine afterwards, but we don't know why it keeps filling up with user lw9 files from months ago even after deleting them, Preventing us from accessing it until we remove them. Any ideas as to why this keeps happening?
Pathway (on server, accessed from users pc's): L:\lacerte\19tax\IDATA\urn

It is happening in all data paths (pdata, sdata, idata, etc.) for at least three tax years (19-21). Any idea why it is storing users?
If we delete the urn folders, what happens?

He means change your data path. It shouldn't end in the urn folder.
