Is anyone else experience a Fatal Application exit when trying to launch 2021 Lacerte?
When users try to open 2021 Lacerte Tax, they are prompted for a sign in, as normal. Upon signing in, they are hit with a Fatal Application Exit. This is before they are even taken to the client list.
We have tried using the Websetup /force in the Lacerte Tool Hub and even have done a clean reinstall of the 2021 Lacerte both to no avail.

Did you restart Windows after the install?
My recollection is that the fix is to call support and they'll walk you through updating the prep file. In this particular case, it involves finding all the places your old prep file might have been hiding, deleting / renaming, and then downloading the new one.
