Lacerte crashes before sign in... sign in page loads then program crashes. Can I use Lacerte Tool Hub to resolve issue? If so, how? Has anyone have any solutions?
We are having similar issues on multiple computers. Let me know if you find a fix!
I removed all versions/years of Lacerte program from the computer including Lacerte tax planning. Then I rebooted the computer and reinstalled current version. That took care of the problem and the data was not lost. But I wasn’t dealing with many clients since this was a computer I was using to work remotely. Good luck I was nervous so hope you can back up files before trying.
