LACERTE 2024 NO LONGER SENDS A PDF FILE TO DMS
Maybe you did not properly transfer your settings from last year.
Settings > Transfer Prior Year Settings > Select what you want to transfer from last year ( I think User Options, but maybe just pick everything)
OR
Maybe you have not gone to your Account to download the new DMS - In DMS look at Help > About DMS and in faint print, the last item is 24.1.1, if you have loaded the new DMS.
