I have tried a forced reinstall and changing printers, both of which the knowledgebase has indicated have fixed this problem in earlier versions.

Because you mention this only occurring on one machine what is different on this setup (ie a Windows updated version unlike the other machines, different AntiVirus or Firewall settings, etc.) that would be where I would advise to start because something is environmentally different than the others.
