If you must, you can have Lacerte print whatever text you want on the top of the return by using Screen 3. For 1040, look for the line for Form 1040 text. Since no one from the IRS will likely look at that (or transcribe it) and that's not a statutory, regulatory, or instructional requirement, however, that probably won't do you or your client any good.
