You're in the 2017 program, which you've downloaded and installed the latest updates for? What steps are you following, and what error messages are you getting?

There are several threads on this, from weeks ago.

Two issues were identified:

1) Locked files (do a good backup or two, unlock the file, try again.

2) Unusual characters, particularly in Screen 26 in the name of organizations. Check those, clean 'em up, try again.
