They can revoke the S election, prospectively.

They are stuck wioth S status until revocation, unless something happened to cause an inadvertent termination.

If you are wanting to import in Lacerte from the S corp module to the C corp module you go to Tools, Import clients from S-Corporations, select the desired client and hit OK.
