Our firm recently switched to Lacerte. We transferred over clients from 2020 Ultratax to 2020 Lacerte. We did this in order to send out organizers. We are trying to send out the PDF organizers through email.
1. Select Tools 2. Select Print Paper Organizers Option 3. Select Option (In this case) Complete Organizer 4.Select clients
The print settings screen has the email (PDF) option greyed out when more than one client is selected.
Is there any way to be able to send PDF organizers to multiple clients?

Probably not the way you want (which is the way it should work). Lacerte would want you to send e-organizers to multiple clients this way, which is not what you want.
The manual way would be to print all your organizers to PDF to a folder then attach each one to an email.

Our firm was fine with sending out E-organizers but it seems firms that switched over from a different tax program are having technical issues with the E-organizers. We would wait and see but I doubt this will get fixed anytime soon. Thanks. We use the client portal system Smartvault although are still figuring out integration with Lacerte. Either way, we plan to just upload a blank organizer to Smartvault.
