I purchase a new Dell OptiPlex 3090 Micro PC with Windows 11 O.S. I install Lacerte 2021 tax program without any problem with default settings. There is error message "Insufficient User Right to Datapath C:\Lacerte\21Tax\IData" right after start the program. Checking the user right to data path and it is correct setting. Did any person has the same error message and fix the program after some setting modification? If you did, please tell me how do you fix it. I did call Lacerte support line and ask for their system staff for help. they insist it is a IT issue and not willing to transfer call to their system group. I did have a friend who has VERY good IT experience and he can not find anything wrong with file/file holder setting problem.
