trying to e-file a 114A. Other is not in my e-file tab

On screen 1, Client Info, the second section is Electronic Return. Check the appropriate box for Federal Form 114 for the taxpayer and/or spouse. When you go to e-file the tax return the appropriate form 114 will be in the forms list for transmission.
Also, be aware they tend to take longer to get the acceptance, they are going to a different agency so they don't all show as accepted at the same time.
