I feel frustrated

1) Ask your question here, or present the "problem" We are pretty dam*d good at trouble shooting.
2) To cancel, you'll have to contact customer support - we aren't & can't help. This is a forum of peer-to-peer users of Intuit software.
3) Consider contacting your credit card company to dispute the payment (if it isn't too late...) altho I bet Intuit's small print says that if you do that they will come take your first born child, or your dog).
