Error 54: Validation Failure Code 1702 on Virginia e-file

Anyone else having problems e-filing VA returns?  Is there a fix?

I found the answer...had to update the program.

Updated program, re-ran E-File wizard, same Error 54: Validation Failure Code 1702

Repeated above three times --- same result

Same here on a NC return - very frustrating!
