Anyone else having problems e-filing VA returns? Is there a fix?
I found the answer...had to update the program.
Updated program, re-ran E-File wizard, same Error 54: Validation Failure Code 1702
Repeated above three times --- same result
There are several posts regarding "Error Code 54: Validation Failure 1702"
No solution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
