A Lacerte user is getting the error 'Preparer File is missing from your system' for two clients when attempting to e-file. She has successfully e-filed many others, and continues to do so.
What can I try?

Nope. That's a diagnostic error you'd get before e-filing. This is after the validation process when she's trying to e-file.
