1065 Sch B - Deceased Partner

I've entered my partner as a fiduciary in Screen 7 and checked Estate, if fiduciary in screen 32. I generated the Sch B and it gave the partner the proper Eligible Partner Code of E BUT I'm still getting a critical diagnostic "This partnership is electing out of the centralized partnership audit regime and has one or more estate partners. To qualify as an eligible partner, the estate must be that of a deceased partner.... ref. #51376" Any suggestions? Is this a critical diagnostic we can e-file through? Or does it need resolved, and if so, how?

Does this diagnostic have "e-file" in front of it? If not, you can still e-file You will need to follow the steps in this article. https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1607060-disabling-e-file-diagnostic-error-checking

Thanks George, I didn't even pay attention, it does not have e-file in front of it. So we'll ignore it and sally forth!
