I notice in the form status that all North Carolina tax forms are expected to be available on March 1, 2022.

You are lucky! I use ProConnect tax on line and I cannot print out a Alabama form yet and the form status does not show a date they will be available, even though TurboTax is allowing these forms to be printed out on their programs.

Alabama and ProConnect have a very low priority.
