I am knew to Lacerte and trying to figure out the client letter. The default letter seems to not be correct because all it really talks about the is IRA contribution, no mention of IRS or State Refunds. Is there a option that I need to select in the settings?

The default letter should have all of those things. Since you are new, you probably should call support and they can help you reset the default to give you correct letter.

Thank you I found the solution that in setting-options-tax return-filing instructions needs to say no.
