However, most of my print requests get the following error message: Printing client "Client Name" Incomplete. Unable to setup ef acceptance letter. No application efilings were found. Lacerte does show the client's US extension efile status as Print Acceptance Letter. But it will not print the US extension acceptance letter, and it also will not change status from Print Acceptance Letter to Complete. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know how to correct this issue?

There are printer repair tools. Use both.
Restart your computer, sometimes that corrects errors.
If that fails - Use Tool Hub to do a FORCE install.
