Why does my list of clients sometime continually display the same client and the only way to correct this problem is to open the client file and then go back to the client menu?

@abctax55 hmm... maybe this is why one PC cannot see ANY 2018 Lacerte clients here on my network, while others are just fine. Probably pulled out / mangled the patch cable ...again. 😑
My issue fix was found here, in this Thread - corrupt (?) OPT00x.Wx file
First x is the Workstation/User (F10 to determine) and second x is the Year
