Based on your limited description of what's not working....perhaps verify the data path?

Are you gettting an error, or it's just not 'recognizing' your file

In addition to recalculating you may want to go into the client file and confirm it's not locked.  Also ensure no special characters in the file name.

all our clients are locked. Please get the proforma program fixed. This is not a suitable answer.

If it isn't a suitable answer you may want to try giving support a call.  Hopefully they have some good tailors on hand to make sure the suit fits.

"...all our clients are locked."
The client being locked may be the problem.  Perhaps unlock just one & give it a test drive to see if that's the issue?
