Alimony Wrong Calculations by using the Tool

The Alimony asks the date of the decree and then asks for a 1 to be put in if it is a PRE 2019 Agreement.  This is REMOVING the alimony from being taxable.  THIS IS WRONG...NO?

No, that's not what it says. It says "1=NONTAXABLE pre-2019 agreement" (emphasis mine). Entering just the date should arrive at the right answer.
