slowness

customer has a slowness issue with lacerte. 2021 to be exact. Here are his exact words

"any idea why Lacerte runs sp slow on this pc"

"re installed Lacerte 2021 because of getting error messages constantly, but when I click on Options and then Display, not responding."

Specs of PC:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9500 CPU @ 3.00GHz

8GB ram

1 TB local disk space
