I can log into my account for tax year 2022, but not for 2021.  What's wrong?

Try the Lacerte Tool Hub https://accountants.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/system-responses/fix-common-problems-error... I suggest use the force install to fix anything wrong with that year.

Logging into an account seems more like an online tool, such as Turbo Tax?

You have to update the 2021 and any older versions before you can log in.

It's easily available from the Windows Start button. Select all programs, go to the year you want, click on it and a drop down will give you the update link. Even if there is no update available, you have to go through the process before it will let you login.
