The following diagnostic is generating:

Form 8283 Section A # {PrefixNum} : The IRS e-file specifications require a PDF of a Form 1098-C or Donee Organization Contemporaneous Written Acknowledgement when the donated property is identified as a "Vehicle" on Form 8283, Section A. The PDF must be attached in the Electronic Filing screen in Electronic Return File Attachments for Form 8283, Section A. Alternatively, the PDF can be included with Form 8453 and mailed to the IRS after successfully efiling the return. To file with Form 8453, select Form 1098-C Contributions of Motor Vehicles, Boats and Airplanes in the Electronic Filing Screen, Form 8453-Overrides section.

In the Efile attachment screen you need to also select the appropriate "activity name or number" after linking the PDF attachment to "Form 8283 Sec A Form 1098C"
