Take it from someone who uses - or, tries to use ITA - about twice per year. I don't have much time for learning. (Although I appreciate all the resources available to me.)
I used it yesterday but was not successful.
My idea: Make input and output the same as Lacerte. IOW, have input screens like in Lacerte rather than the current format of columns for prior year and next year. The ease of input screens is a big advantage to me. AND the organization of input screens is what I am used to. I found that the current input format of columns was difficult to navigate and scrolling down and up was cumbersome and not easy.
I see that more people seem to be using ITA each year so maybe the issues are described are only mine.
