Estimated Tax Payment Plan - State Addition

Love this tool, yet the states needs more attention.

Few examples.
1. State withholdings entered in the Federal adjustment screen under wages are not reflected in the state tab. I have to manually add this as a "taxpayer state withholding adjustment at the bottom," not helpful.

2. State estimated payment does not show up in the actual client report. This needs to be added.

3. the refund or amount due in state is not consistent with Federal. One is negative for refund and the other is not.

4. on the client report, project estimates and payments at times dont align well.
