Submitted by KenA1 on 10-25-2023 02:15 PMClergy housing allowance, typically added on Screen 45, is not adjustable when the clients tax return is added to the Tax Advisor planning module. This income is subject to SECA taxation but not Income Tax. Since this value varies from year to year I would need a way to adjust it as a variable in overall planning.
Also, I noticed that when the minister's W2 data is fed over to Tax Advisor FICA values are populated even though they were blank on the original tax return (i.e. W2, boxes 3 - 6).
