(1) Yes. No. Advertised price is the teaser to get new customers. The longer you use it, the fewer questions you have for support and the more they charge you. Interesting logic.

(2) I think they have a few bundles at various stages. The caveat is that if you buy 100, the credits expire at the end of the year - use 89 and you still pay for 100. They have now added on a flat fee of $99 per user. Call them at 833-974-5683 Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm (PT)
