@RMeers thanks for letting me know! Here are some steps to try and help the issue:
Follow KB in the slowness KB for hosted
- logoff
- hide local drives
- test
If slow move on to the next steps
- Find the ProSeries Network 2025 Tools folder
- Double click the Connected Customer, follow on screen instructions
- test
- Same folder, Run repair updates and follow any onscreen instructions. Should start on its own and then they would close the update window once it is done.
- Run repair updates
