Anyone has an idea/suggestion, on how to handle all of these problems. We are experiencing problems across the board. Sales Journal, Payroll, Bank Rec, Cumulative Journals not showing the liabilities, and during the tax season this is a major issue that needs to be resolved quickly. We are running out of time and options.
We reverted back to the old version today. Luckily, we had done backups before we switched to the new version, so we were able to restore from that point. We're missing a few days of activity, but that can be redone. I did make a post of our step-by-step process earlier today if that helps you.
How were you able to revert back to the 24/25 version? I just tried to upload it from the proconnect website and it just downloaded 25/26 again. This is a HUGE problem, as I cannot even access my 3 largest clients accounts. A/P hasn't been updated in 12 days, and payroll was done manually last week. HELP!
You have to choose "Download Full CD Image" . Also, if you go back a few posts, you can find my step by step process.
We are experiencing EasyACCT crashing everytime we try to transfer w-2 info to the Information Return System...as soon as we hit continue, EasyACCT crashes...anyone else?
No link there...what was the fix please
Can you expand on the fix for me please?
Please reply back on this QA
I literally have the old 24/25 version on a standalone computer and the 25/26 on the network computer. I am running all of the 2025 related payroll reports on the standalone, and hope to transfer to 25/26 from a backup once the bugs are fixed. This has been a complete nightmare with both payroll and accounts payable. I haven't even begun to address the December financials and general ledgers yet.
Thanks for your reply...but that doesn't help with the interaction between EasyACCT and the Information Return system....they both have to be for 2025 to work...right now, EasyACCT is crashing every time we try to send w-2's ...with no error report ...just dies
I've tried just local data...network data. It actually worked 2 times locally but never since. All the techs are saying an update next week and then we'll be behind 2 weeks
