I haven't done the last update from Thursday morning (01/08/26) - after reading all the issues and such I didn't want to chance it. I'm still running the 2025.2.01 version. What is the current latest update version? I'm asking cause I see as of today, Monday 01/12/26, there are posted from individuals stating that there was "another" update? Has this one worked for anyone yet that has downloaded it yet?
I'm honestly afraid to do anything with this program right now and running out of time to do anything quickly. Any advice would be appreciated!
Same - I'm sticking with the 2025.2.01 version. What version are you on?
I still have a 2025.1.06 version going for now. Others in the office are on 2025.2.01 or 2025.2.02. All of them still have issues from unable to print financial statements, or to just get a client's activity to post to the G/L without the blue wheel spinning for 12 hours, and don't even get me started in the A/R module. It's unusable in all of these versions so far.
I ran the most recent update this morning and the earnings report is still off. I am using the newest update 2025.2.03. I haven't tried anything other than running the earnings report.
The update this morning (2015.2.03) seems to hive fixed most of the issues. Still running a bit slow and still issues with trying to set up efiles for some reports, but other than that this seems to be the first update that really is making some good progress. We have vendor reports, GLs, w2s, w3s, etc all back working (though still at a slower pace than we are used to)
My fear with your Earnings Report is that if it is off, it's going to continue to be off no matter how many updates they release. The issues we had with Earning Reports were from when the information rolled over. The only way to fix them for us was to load a backup from before they were rolled and then re-enter the 2026 payroll. Once we got back to that correct starting point then they have all worked just fine. If the data was not rolled right with one of the first software updates I'm not sure any future update is going to be able to undo that issue though....
That is what I'm thinking as well. I will try it. Thank goodness we make backups, especially at year-end.
The last 2 weeks of the year, I backup every other day. And then again at the end of the work day on 12/31, just to be sure.
always a great idea. Backup early, backup often
I did and lost 4 out of 6 databases.
EASY makes an auto backup although I've never used them. You might see if there is an available backup to reinstall and start over.
