When I create the transmission file, I like to print the 6559 just to have the totals etc as a final test of accuracy. Every time I create and select print, the info return system kicks me out. Anyone else experiencing this?

YES! Also I can't even get the transmission file to create, instead get diagnostic error messages. This is ridiculous!

Totally agree. I had to create two extra .txt files as there were errors in the contact information, but the files wouldn't show up. If you right click on the client's name in the electronic filing window, there is a "rebuild directory" feature which I have never seen before. Very helpful.
