I am on hold with Intuit right now. They are checking to see if they have received my 941s. I wasn't receiving the emails as well. Intuit is blaming it on the IRS not accepting 941s yet. I seriously doubt it. This whole software release is a JOKE!!!
Still pending since January 6
All of mine are still pending and I just got 5 Form 940 Rejections for "Issue: Invalid format of banking information". Now I cannot even file the 940's anymore. What a joke.
We have not received any acceptances on Form 941 and when we try to submit a Form 940, we get Error 54, that IRS is not processing the Form 940 yet, and to come back and try again later,
I think Intuit is trying to force us all out of using easyAcct. They obviously do not care about making sure the program works correctly at all.
Hello! Thanks for posting in the Community, 940s are able to be efiled and we have had confirmation as of yesterday that they are being accepted by other users. There is also another release available today, you would be able to see what this fixes in this post.
