I have come across that i a missing 2 payrolls in the month of December. Going back into November there was one missing that month as well. Now i will have a penalty with the state since i have to send in the tax that was not calculated in that payroll. This is SO far from ACCEPTABLE. Is intuit going to cover all the penalties for something their program is not calculating right. THIS is last year so its not like we can switch anything over for that. Even this year the tax tables have yet to be updated.
The admins sent out a new message stating that the W-2 issue they THOUGHT they were having, isn't really an issue. Doesn't that give everyone a warm fuzzy feeling? Then at the the end they posted:
Helpful Reminder
We recommend reviewing and verifying employee payroll entries within the program to ensure all information has been entered correctly for accurate Form W-2 reporting.
REALLY?!?!?!?!? I process payroll all year long on this stupid excuse for a program and now I am suppose to, what, go back and total up all my payrolls for an ENTIRE YEAR to make sure the program didn't screw something up?!?!?! WTH!!!
Just taking a short survey from EasyAcct customers. Please answer the following question:
While using the EasyAcct programs in January 2026, I have the overwhelming urge to:
a. Cry
b. Throw my computer out the window.
c. Head to Intuit headquarters with torches and pitchforks.
d. Get a refund from Intuit and find a new software.
e. All of the above.
THE EASY ACCT SOFTWARE IS PERFORMING LIKE IT HAS A VIRUS.
iT TAKES 5 MINUTES TO CLOSE DATA ENTRY OR SWITCH ACCOUNTING PERIODS.
ITUIT IS NOT TELLING US THE TRUTH OF WHAT IS GOING ON.
