EasyACCT Release 2025.2.15 is now live!

**** Release 2025.2.15 has been pulled temporarily. If you have already updated and need to use the Check Register feature prior to the next release, contact support. *****

 

EasyACCT Release 2025.2.15 is now live! With the current 2025.2.15 release, the following items have been fixed:

  • Printing paychecks by department does not order them by department
  • EasyAcct 2025 - Error in making invoice selections 6 – Overflow
  • 2025 EasyACCT Account Receivable unable to delete invoice once payment

Guys, please always download the full install package instead of just hitting the update button, so you can always go backward. Intuit, at least EasyACCT, is no longer reliable.

Just got off the phone with support tech and this update did NOT resolve the issue with not being able to delete A/R transactions after they were made.  So please do NOT advertise that this is resolved when it clearly is NOT!!!! I have two open cases on this matter!  Hopefully it will not take 6 weeks to fix like all of the other A/R issues have taken!!!

Installed the update first thing this morning before the rest of my coworkers came in. We have a rather large payroll that is printed by departments. It has totally messed up this payroll. Check number/employee numbers assigned are different on both the check register and the checks themselves. And I just now i see the post that the updated was pulled. Any suggestions? This is getting old.

Hi @Julie J We understand your frustration and know how disruptive it is when things don't work as expected. 

 

We'd recommend that you reconnect with EasyACCT Support as they are best equipped to assist in this situation.

Same issue for us...they've told us to roll it back or wait for the next update!

THE BIG QUESTION IS..WHEN IS THIS UPDATE COMING UGH!!!!

I (thankfully) had the 13 version downloaded and after talking with support for about an hour, was able to re-download that one and am currently using it until this mess is fixed.  I will definitely be downloading from the site for updates now instead of doing the "Via Internet" in the program.

I just did the download from the site this morning - JUST to see.  I didn't install it yet, BUT it does say that it is the 2025.2.16 version.  I haven't heard anything about it being released yet, so I'm not going to install it, but hopefully soon a correct version will be available.
