where do we deduct the 10,200 deduction in the proseries form

If you're referring to the excludable unemployment compensation, you enter the eligible amount to be excluded as a negative amount (-$x,xxx) on line 8 of Schedule 1. That will offset the unemployment compensation received and reported on line 7 of Schedule 1.
