Troubleshooting slowness or connection issues with launching ProSeries

If you encounter slowness when launching ProSeries, there are a few troubleshooting steps that you can try to resolve the issue. You may see this either before the login screen or after you have entered your login credentials. During this slowness, you may see dots going around in a circle while the program attempts to load.
- Update ProSeries. This can sometimes resolve issues relating to program launch especially when working in a prior year program
