Accessing prior year data in Quick Employer Forms
by Intuit• Updated 11 months ago
Before you start:
- Make sure you are using the same account to login that you used in the previous year
- Quick Employer Forms only holds one prior year of information
- It's possible to have a different login for Quick Employer Forms than the login for your tax program
- While you can view and print prior-year forms, Quick Employer Forms won't let you create new forms for a prior tax year.
To import prior-year data:
If you haven’t imported prior-year data already,
- Navigate to My Businesses on the left nav bar
- Locate and click on Import Business at the top of the page
- If you want to import data from the previous year within Import Business, select the businesses and the corresponding data you’d like import from prior year into the current year
We're actively working on enhancing this feature and hope to bring you more import capabilities in the future
To view prior-year forms:
- Navigate to the current tax year on the left navigation bar
- You'll be directed to the page containing your prior year data
