Upload or download files with Intuit IDX portal
by Intuit• Updated 5 days ago
Learn how to upload or download your file(s) to and from the Intuit IDX portal.
Sometimes, to help you faster, Intuit needs a file from you. We’ll walk you through how to upload your file to us.
Uploading your files:
- You can send us any kind of file. It's a best practice to make a backup of any file you intend to upload.
- If you upload a file with the same name as an existing file, it'll overwrite the original one. Change your file name or create a folder instead.
- You can upload a file of up to 30 gigabytes. However, we recommend that you limit your file to no more than 5 gigabytes for faster upload.
Only authorized users or contacts can upload or download files using the IDX portal.
