return with 5695 accepted by IRS a week later. Date accepted is February 18 but I only got notified today the 25th

There is somekind of a work around attaching a PDF but since I have no rejection from IRS I am in limbo

Electronic return submitted to IRS has not come back over a week. No rejection. Sitting at IRS until the form 5695 form gets corrected APRIL 4
