Thanks for replies. I would like to print out an acknowledgement for the client's records. As you have pointed out, there is no box on the Form 9325 for that.

I have e-filed an amended return and I can see that IRS has accepted it.Is there a form 9325 showing the acceptance for an e-filed amended return?
