I did not get that error. I added the payment to line 9 on Form 502 PTET. I made the payment on the website as a 502V payment.

I made my own workaround. I made the payment on the VA website and filed the return with nothing due. The return was accepted.

I am also getting this same error today. Is there a work around? Or a potential software fix?
