When I pull up the 3115 there is a big CAUTION under important information that says it cannot be efiled.

Says cannot be electronically filed but can be included as PDF attachment which will efile it. Can print and mail with Form 8453

am doing 3115 to change depreciation because of cost segregation. Am confused about whether to file with return or send in separately.Thank you
