I called 7 Lacerte customer reps they all dont know where to input NO TAX on OT....I pay $10,000 a year and this is the worst customer service ever they all suc...

NY does still tax unemployment so why doesnt Lacerte update this to add it back??

lacerte tells clients they must pay by April 15 wasnt this extended? Why cant they fix this?? being lazy?
