I just spent 40 minutes on the phone with support. Try putting the dashes in your SSN in the Iowa 3rd party designee info section. XXX-XX-XXXX instead of XXXXXX...

2/10/25 it is still not accepting a blank (it says optional) or the official 3rd party designee number I just received from Iowa. Is this being addressed?
