F’n support. Every year this software does something stupid. new look down the left also is awful. Far more work to access forms.

As I mentioned in my original post - I already checked license and is said I have unlimited and 4 states

why is my software making me pay per return when I purchased unlimited and my license shows as unlimited in the tools portion of the software
