Yes I have loaded Windows 11 on a MacBook Pro 13.3 M1 with Parallels 17 with just 8gb of ram and it runs fine.

I use ProSeries on an Apple MacBook Air using Parallels. I also have a standard windows tower. ProSeries run just as fast or faster on the MacBook.
